Ok, lets get this straight, I didnt expected this game to be the one I will review. But it ended up a fun journey with a lot of fun experience, so no regrets here.

Hello Kitty Happiness Parade Main game mechanics

Hello kitty Happiness Parade is a music rhythm game where you will play as hello kitty and friends.

At first you have to assemble a team out of 3 characters of your choise and then you move to the campaign map. Basically you will have to decide which node to go for. Each node have its own song to it and special rewards and features.

The gameplay is pretty simple. You will have to tap forward on every beat to keep the score high and step left and right to avoid obstacles and collect loot and consumables.

You can also activate special character skills that will allow you to have special effects on your character or surroundings. You can avoid damage, heal or have other effects from using those. Or you can switch character.

Hello Kitty Happiness Parade Pros and Cons

Now lets move on to the Pros and Cons of the game:

PROS:

– Good music collection to play to

– Interesting characters with unique abilities

– Hero upgrade mechanics

CONS:

– Requires Netflix account to run

– Graphics style might put some people off

– Gameplay is pretty repetitive

Verdict

Hello Kitty Happiness parade is a fun game to play even for adults. Considering that main audience for it will be younger I think gameplay is on point. Music is fun and energetic, gameplay is simple, but still requires some amount of skill.
